What is the Kick Start?
7 day eating plan with a coordinating shopping list and recipes

Can anyone do it?
It is not appropriate for someone with an egg allergy or vegetarian/vegan. 

Do I have to stick to the plan 100%?
Substitutions and modifications may be made.

Is this a cleanse or a detox?
No.  This is 7 days of home cooked, nourishing meals that are designed to take the guesswork out of what to eat.

Is there cooking involved?
Yes, but nothing super complicated.  

Can I have alcohol?
I'd prefer if you abstained for the 7 days. 

Will I lose weight?
Maybe yes, maybe no.  This is not a plan to lose weight, but if the home cooked meals and great snacks are replacing take out and going 8 hours without eating... then yes, you may lose weight.

What is the cost?

The Kick Start costs $149. You will get a downloadable PDF and one 1 hour phone call with Kara to be used before, during, or after.

How do I get started?
