Nutrition for Students

$350 for 4 sessions — Learn how to navigate a cafeteria, social situations, and how to fuel our bodies properly while maintaining a positive relationship with food.

Nutrition for Fertility & Pregnancy

$500 for 6 sessions — For those who may be struggling to conceive, nutritional intervention has been shown to help increase chances of a positive outcome. Decrease inflammation and learn to nourish your body.

Kara’s Kick Start

$250 for 1 month — Do you need a kick in the butt? Having a Nutritionist hold you accountable and support you along the way can help you on your path to wellness.  

10 Session Package (to be used within 1 year)

$1000— Initial consultation and 10, 30 minute sessions. Meal planning, goal setting, recipes, etc.

Kara’s Monthly Method

$200/month for 6 months — This program is designed for someone who needs extra support. Weekly check ins designed to hold you accountable. Check ins can be in person, virutal, or on the phone.

*Ideal for someone looking to lose weight.

 

Nutrition for College Students

$350 for 4 sessions — This program is designed for a college aged student who struggles with making healthy choices, while maintaining their independence.

Nutrition for New Moms

$500 for 6 sessions — Finding balance with a new baby can be hard. Kara’s customized approach will allow you to spend more time being a mom, and less time worrying what’s for dinner.

*cooking is required, but I promise it won’t be overwhelming.

5 Session Package (to be used within 90 days)

$500 — Initial consultation and 5, 30 minute sessions. Meal planning, goal setting, recipes, etc.
