What motivated me to start a new 30 day program for women

Hello folks! It’s been a minute since I’ve written a new blog post. I’ve been busy growing the business, moving the business, growing and raising another tiny human and all that. But it’s a new year and I’m determined to revive this blog. Recipes, information, etc. For now I want to give a little a little insight into my motivation behind a new program. First and foremost, I see a lot of women. Men too, but predominately women. Many of my women have a lot in common: they are tired, they feel unmotivated in areas, not happy with themselves, uncomfortable, sometimes lonely, and like they are the only person who feels this way. As 1 person, who has a lot of experience with this, I sometimes feel like I can only help so much. Accountability is great but wouldn’t it be great if it was more of a collaborative experience?

Many of you know I love the Total Refresh I’ve done 8ish times now. That program is amazing and I love working with a local personal trainer (hey Alex), but I have heard from many of my clients that they may want something in person. So that is where this idea came from. My goal is to host a group like this maybe once a quarter or possibly 3 times a year. Hosting in my space as well as outings. Having a virtual component helps with the sharing aspect and allows for more engagement while not being the only option. It will be a work in progress but I am hopeful that this new endeavor can connect women who are like minded and have the same goals while also being a safe space for sharing.
